BOGC, Inc. was founded by Bob P. Ore in 1987. The emphasis on meeting the requirements of its clients with ethical, reliable and prompt service has allowed our company to successfully complete a wide variety of Commercial and Industrial Projects. These projects range from Class AAA Office Space, Technology Infrastructure, Winery Construction, Public Works Projects, Restaurants of Corporate Ownership, and High Density Multi-Family Projects throughout California.
BOGC, Inc delivers quantifiable results with our commitment to each project. We are hands on builders, with an experienced staff that has completed many challenging projects. Our philosophy is grounded in timely completion, customer service and quality control. Our progressive and dynamic work environment is based on the fundamental belief that technology can and will be the newest team member. This free exchange of information between our staff, subcontractors, and consultants has fostered an environment that delivers projects that are consistently on time, on budget, and that exceed our client’s expectations.
Our objective is to offer the broad scope of services our clients require whether the project is large or small. This process starts when you contact BOGC, Inc.; a Project Executive will discuss the requirements of your project and help to develop a project overview. We recognize the importance of timely estimates and this information will allow us to prepare a cost summary that truly reflects the project.
In an effort to provide the most comprehensive and cost effective budgets; BOGC, Inc is not signatory to any craft union agreements, this neutral status allows us to solicit the best proposals from both signatory and non-signatory subcontractors. We understand the trust placed in our firm with every project a client entrusts us with. The “Open Book” philosophy aided by technology along with our expansive subcontractor base allows us to service our clients honestly, with better information, and price point than most other firm.
Throughout the project we know communication is the key to success, we will keep you informed and we encourage your active involvement.
