Bob P. Ore
Managing Principal
Bob has over twenty five (25) years of construction experience. He is responsible for the oversight of the field operations, pre-construction services, subcontract negotiations, schedule maintenance, budgeting, and coordination of all parties involved in the construction process as well as estimating, and marketing. Project experience includes Commercial, Industrial, Public Works, Commercial Restaurants, and High Density Multi-Family.
Bob has been a Senior Partner and RMO for SBI Builders, Inc, Senior Project Executive for Taisei Construction and Vice President for DSIII, Inc for the last six years working to establish new divisions in these firms as well as creating new procedural methods for warranty, schedule adherence, and cash flow. These relationships have benefitted both firms over the years and we maintain a strong relationship with these firms today.
Richard Serrano
Director of Business Development
Richard has been in the construction industry for the past ten (10) years and associated with Bob P. Ore for the last nine (9) years. His unique experience in Marketing, Field Supervision, Quality Control, Site Safety and his Bilingual ability allow for unfettered communications with the vendors and material men. The last three (3) years prior to coming on board with our firm he was a Construction Manger for Toll Brothers on both single family and multi family home projects located in the Bay Area.
Julie A. Ore, CPA
Controller
Julie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Accounting emphasis from CSU Sacramento. She has been a Licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1989. Her experience includes eighteen (18) years in Public Accounting before focusing solely on Construction Accounting for the last seven (7) years. Her extensive knowledge of the construction industry and its unique accounting requirements are a great service to this firm. Her duty consists of all accounting functions and is directly responsible for corporate financial reporting. Her extensive Auditing experience simplifies our third party reporting requirements for projects that have Prevailing Wage or Tax Credit components.
Lisa Marie Sousa
Senior Project Manager
Lisa has been associated with Bob P. Ore for the last two (2) years. Her experience and knowledge gained inHer tenure as Accounts Manager for Faria Drywall and Project Manager for SBI Builders, Inc. Lisa participates in All our Construction Estimating, Pre-Construction, Design Development and Value Analysis of construction Documents prior to the Clients final Cost Summary. Her duties include oversight of the Field Project Management Team oversight of all construction changes, review of submittals, RFI’s and Architect’s revisions. Her fluent language skills (English, Spanish and Portuguese) allow for direct communications of all correspondencebetween the owner, design consultants and subcontractors.
