| Bob has been a Senior Partner and RMO for several prominent commercial construction firms, including Senior Project Executive for Taisei Construction. For the past several years Bob has been working to establish new relationships with these firms as well as creating new procedural methods for warranty, schedule adherence, and cash flow for implementation. These relationships have benefitted all firms involved over the years and we maintain a strong relationship with these firms today. |

| Richard has been in the construction industry for the past thirteen (13) years and associated with Bob P. Ore for the last twelve (12) years. Richard is involved with the day to day functions of the company and supervises the construction of multiple projects simultaneously. His responsibilities include marketing, field supervision, quality control, LEED Coordination, site safety and his bilingual ability with Spanish allows for unfettered communications with the vendors, material men and subcontractors that BOGC works with. For the three (3) years prior to coming on board with our firm, Richard was a Construction Manger for Toll Brothers on both single family and multi-family home projects located throughout the Bay Area. |

| Julie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from CSU Sacramento. She has been a Licenced Certified Public Accountant since 1989. Her experience includes eighteen (18) years in public accounting before solely focusing on Construction Accounting for the last ten (10) years. Her extensive knowledge of the construction industry and its unique accounting requirements are a great service to this firm. Her duty consists of all accounting functions and is directly responsible for corporate financial reporting. Her extensive auditing experience simplifies our third party reporting requirements for projects that have Prevailing Wage or Tax Credit components. |

| Heather has been with BOGC since September 2009. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design and the Art Institute of California – San Francisco. Heather’s responsibilities include aspects of the bidding and pre-construction processes, CAD drawings for design/build documentation, project submittals and closeout documents, and coordination for all aspects of the LEED Certification process. The largest and most recent LEED project completed by Heather and the team at BOGC is the Magnolia Court Senior Living project in Manteca, CA, Magnolia Court is currently pending LEED Platinum Certification. |

| Cindy has been in the Construction Accounting industry for more than twenty (20) years. Her experience ranges from projects within the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial divisions of the industry. Cindy’s responsibilities including all aspects of office management and billing management including, but not limited to: prevailing wage, accounts receivable, accounts payable, insurance, workers compensation, and contract administration. |

| Chuck has been in the construction industry for over thirty (30) years. His knowledge of commercial construction is vast with extensive experience in the site preparation, structural concrete, and structural steel trades. Chuck has been a General Superintendant for BOGC for more than three (3) years and has traveled throughout the west coast to oversee our projects. As the primary contact and point of authority in the field, Chuck has been an instrumental part in completing our projects on schedule. |
